From a 12,000 sq foot new home in Rancho Santa Fe to a new 9,000 sq ft home on the cliffs of La Jolla, we have virtually seen it all. Sign permits? No problem. Public notification packages? We can do it all. We have also worked with a major developer to put in over 100 homes in the City of Chula Vista eastern corridor.

After 8 years of experience working for one of the local building departments, in 2007, Champion Permits was formed. We have worked on virtually every jurisdiction in Southern California.
The rigors of getting a project approved through the building permit process can be tough, but with our experienced consultants, we can help you every step of the way.
